In 1964 Ford introduced the Futura model in the convertible spec alongside the Falcon Sprint.
Most were sold new with the 6 cylinder 170 cu in engine and either the 3 speed manual transmission or automatic.
A limited number were produced with the rare factory 4 speed option together with the 260 V8 engine
This very original example spent its entire life in the dry desert region of San Diego, thus very well preserved and ‘rustfree’
